1. Who We Are

revusyte is a review management and analytics platform operated by Near Field Partners LLC, a U.S. company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

When these Terms refer to “revusyte,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” they mean Near Field Partners LLC as the legal owner and operator of the revusyte website, apps, and related services.

By using revusyte, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using revusyte

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use revusyte.

B. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
• Complying with applicable laws and third party platform rules

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

C. Your Content

You own the content you create using revusyte, including review requests, templates, analytics exports, and other business data.

By using revusyte, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not violate any laws
• Does not infringe on others’ rights
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or misleading material

We may remove content that violates these rules.

3. Review Data and Third Party Platforms

revusyte retrieves and displays publicly available review information from third party platforms.

revusyte does not:

• Host, author, edit, alter, or publish reviews
• Verify or guarantee the accuracy of third party review content
• Control moderation decisions made by third party platforms

All reviews remain subject to the terms and policies of the platforms they originate from.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of revusyte complies with the rules of any third party platform you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate fake, misleading, or unlawful reviews
• Attempt to manipulate or “game” review platforms
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with platform operation

We may take action — including suspension or termination — if these rules are violated.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep revusyte reliable, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions
• We recommend keeping backups of important content

6. Intellectual Property

revusyte, its software, branding, and platform features are owned by Near Field Partners LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission

You receive a limited, non exclusive license to use the service during an active subscription.

7. Payments (If Applicable)

If you purchase paid features or subscriptions:

• Prices and terms will be clearly displayed
• Payments are non refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

We may change pricing with notice.

8. Disclaimers

revusyte is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be error free
• That review data will always be accessible
• That analytics or insights will be accurate or uninterrupted
• That business results will improve

You use revusyte at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Near Field Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless revusyte and Near Field Partners LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third party platform rules

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Utah. Class actions are waived.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

13. Assignment

Near Field Partners LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

14. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the revusyte Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Near Field Partners LLC.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
